Employment law governs the employment relationship that exists between an employer and employee. There are many aspects this covers e.g. minimum wages, holiday entitlements, restructuring/redundancies, parental leave, health and safety, disciplinary issues, personal grievances and employment agreements.

We can provide information about your rights regarding employment and provide advice and assistance concerning your individual situation. We are able to represent people in disciplinary meetings and at mediations.

Example: Joe arrives at work that morning and is called over by the Boss. The Boss tells him that he is no longer needed and tells him to collect his stuff and leave the premises immediately. Joe doesn’t know or understand what’s going on.
